I'm Dilara. I spent years sitting with teachers, moving through contemplative traditions, and working deeply with energy systems — all pointing toward the same truth: that we carry within us a precise energetic wiring, shaped before we drew our first breath.
What I came to feel — and then to understand — is that we each carry a precise energetic wiring, activated before we drew our first breath. I felt it moving through specific pathways in my body long before I had language for it. When I found a framework precise enough to map it, I had one overwhelming urge: to give other people this language too.
